Collingtree Flooding

I recently met with Collingtree residents and representatives of SEGRO to discuss developments at the SRFI site and the ongoing work on the M1 as part of the smart motorway project.

A number of residents have raised their concerns about flooding in the local area, and in particular in private gardens.  

It is clear that the flooding is a historic issue and I have written to Highways England and Northampton County Council to request a full flood investigation as a matter of urgency. 

In relation to the SRFI, there continues to be proactive liaison between SEGRO and the Parish Council, and the next virtual meeting of the Liaison Group will be in the early new year.
