Last night I was delighted to attend a packed out meeting of the South Northamptonshire Conservative Association, where I was unanimously readopted as their Parliamentary Candidate for the constituency ahead of the General Election on June 8th. I gave a report on my work as MP and Secretary of State and set out my priorities for the next Parliament before a formal ballot of the executive took place. Following their approval, the membership present chose to readopt me on a unanimous show of hands.

I have been incredibly proud to represent South Northamptonshire over the past seven years and look forward to getting out on the campaign trail to promote the strong and stable leadership offered by Theresa May.
