Visit to Caring and Sharing Trust – Cotton’s Farmhouse, Cogenhoe

I was invited to join Cottons Farmhouse, who provide hands on care and support to people with learning disabilities, their families and carers, for their unique exhibition “the Art of Caring and Sharing”. The exhibition honours the past, looks to the future, and gives thanks for the here and now . The exhibition included a number of fantastic paintings and photographs for sale and I was privileged to hear the acclaimed writer David Lawson read his beautiful poem “You’re a work of art.” It was a superb event with the usual warm welcome and tea and biscuits.
