Visit to Bell Plantation
I met with the Warren family last week, the owners of The Bell Plantation. They showed me their plans to expand their business on their site just north of Towcester, to accommodate small to medium size business units. They showed me how they aim to protect the local community from adverse impacts, including traffic, the environment and the size of buildings.
I made clear the significant concerns my constituents have expressed about the development going on around Towcester, and that it is vital local views are taken into account in any new plans. I was pleased to see the considerate approach that this family run business have chosen to take, and also that they have been keen to engage with me as the local member of parliament.
