No Immediate Change at the Horton

Further to my letter of the 14th August to David Smith, Chief Executive of the Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group, stating that it would be improper for the CCG to implement their decision to make permanent their downgrade of obstetrics at the Horton until full consideration has been given to the three ongoing referrals and the judicial review, I have received his response.

I am reassured that no action will be taken until the referral process has been undertaken, and I await the outcome from the Secretary of State for Health.
