HS2 & Dawnus
I was disappointed to hear that Dawnus has gone into administration, and am obviously aware of the impact this could have on the delivery of the Chipping Warden Relief Road.
It is absolutely vital that progress on building the CWRR does not stall, and my office has been in contact with HS2 Ltd since Friday about what contingency plans are in place from Fusion – the joint venture between Morgan Sindall, BAM Nuttall and Ferrovial Agroman – to ensure that works are delivered on schedule.
HS2 Ltd’s Community Engagement Manager for our area, Nisha Mejer, has been in contact with Chipping Warden Parish Council, and will continue to keep residents updated as more news becomes available.
Please do get in touch with Tommy Gilchrist in my office for more information, or if you have any questions or concerns: tommy.gilchrist@parliament.uk
