Andrea Leadsom Welcomes Opt-Out HIV Testing

As the Minister for Public Health, I am thrilled that we announced that Opt Out HIV testing will be rolled out to all high prevalence areas in England.

The Elton John AIDS Foundation has done so much in the fight against this disease - it was an honour to hear him speak at Speaker's House.

This move will save lives and reinforces our commitment to ending new HIV transmissions by 2030.
