Andrea Leadsom Leads National HIV Awareness Week Debate

I responded on behalf of the Government to a debate on National HIV Testing Week earlier today.

Our National HIV Action Plan aims to end new cases of HIV transmission in England by 2030.

HIV testing is the way we will finally defeat this, and I pay tribute to all those that have worked tirelessly to get us to this point.
