Andrea Leadsom Visits Grand Union Housing Development in Paulespury

Housing is an issue which constantly comes up in my inbox – so it was fantastic to visit Grand Union’s new Paulerspury development a few weeks ago.

This development comprises 19 two and three-bedroom houses, with nine allocated for social rent and ten for shared ownership. I was impressed by the development and pleased to see that some families had already been housed in rental properties.

I am proud that since 2010, over two million new homes have been delivered by this Government - this development is a small but important step in delivering more quality housing options for residents of South Northants.
