Andrea Leadsom Updates Residents on Relief Road Progress

Every month, I sit down with Persimmon, National Highways, WNC and other stakeholders to discuss the progress of the Towcester Relief Road.

Now that the A5 roundabout is completed and the relief road proceeding well, I am focused on making sure the delivery of the A43 roundabout is prioritised as a key target for 2024. I have urged National Highways to urgently approve the technical designs, so that Persimmon can make a good start on the roundabout and thereby minimise disruption to the Silverstone weekend.

Persimmon expect the road to be completed in early 2025, and I am working hard to keep them to that promise.
