Andrea Leadsom Updates Residents on A5 Overnight Closures

Residents should be aware that the A5 will be closed between the Old Stratford Roundabout and Towcester from 8pm to 6am on Wednesday 3rd January and Thursday 4th January.

The actual works will be between The Lindens and Vernon Road, with local access provided outside of this area.

As the works will involve the removal of manhole covers, I have been told that there is no safe way to conduct them without a full closure. The planned works include repairing defective manholes, replenishing road markings and drainage cleansing.
