Visit to Whittlebury C of E Primary School

Whittlebury CoE Primary School is one of our excellent ‘small schools’ whose headteacher Eliza Hollis also heads other small schools in our area such as Tiffield and Stoke Bruane primaries. 

The school has the benefit of an excellent playground complete with a mud kitchen. 

I took part in a Q&A with Years 5 and 6 children who were particularly interested in the role of the media and social media, the laws MPs are responsible for making, my favourite job and what it was like to be Leader of the House of Commons. 

It’s clear that Whittlebury offers a welcoming and caring environment for children and staff – as I left they were tucking into a delicious ‘fishy Friday’ school dinner!
